8 Law's to restoring your life!

Nutrition: Eating high protein, High fiber and healthy fats such as olive  and avocado oils, nuts and seeds daily

Exercise daily: Keep moving! Find some thing you love doing. You'll reduce the risk of chronic dieseases like heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, prevent cancer and improve mental well being. It's never to late to start!

Water: Our bodies are 80% water. We need to be sure that we drink half our body weight. This will help flash out any toxins in the body. Staying hydrated can help support physcial performance. Lubricate and cushion joints, and prevent headaches and constipation.

Sunlight: Daily exposure to the sun is beneficial in helping your body produce Vitamin D for immune and bone health, boost mood by increasing serotonin and regualting your sleep wake cycle by syncing your circadian rhythm.

Do everything in Moderation. Examples: Tobacco,  Alcohol, drugs, and indulging in high process foods. (Sugars, dyes, synthetic oils,  GMO's, bioengineering) Read all labels

Fresh Air: It's vital for our bodies to have fresh air to supply oxygen to our cells to function, and to expel carbon dioxide and other toxins from the body. Be sure to breath in and out with your nose not your mouth. 

Sleep: 7-8 hrs of sleep will improve cognitive functions like memory, concentration, decision making, reduces stress, strengthens immune system, repairs metabolite clearance from the brain and helps balance hormones. 

Trust in God! Meditate on his word daily. Lean not on your own understanding. Be quite and hear his voice.
